Brief: Create an advertising tool that would cut through the noise of 2,600 show’s all flyering the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, whilst also encouraging participation in marketing the show from the full company. The solution I found was to revive the water slide transfer tattoo’s of our childhood. The form of the advert fitted the aesthetic of the production, whilst standing out from the crowd. Whilst the fun interactive element of ‘tattooing’ someone was both in the spirit of the Festival, and fun for the company to take part in.
